Refund policy

Before we get to the nitty-gritty, please note that our Return and Refund Policy applies to all orders. However, if you purchased our Free Returns + Package Protection, available for $1.98 to shipping address in the United States and Puerto Rico, then no fees will apply to your return. If you opted out of the protection or placed an international order, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Regarding Package Protection: If you purchased the protection and your package was lost in transit or any of your items arrived in less-than-perfect condition, file a claim HERE

RETURNS
We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do! For this reason we have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason (yup, you read that right!). However, the item must be returned in unworn and unused condition and in its original signature pouch or anti-tarnish zip bag. Although we do not offer refunds, we will gladly provide you with a store credit or exchange. To start a return, simply click HERE.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong piece, for store credit or exchange. It's that easy- we promise to make it right! To start a claim, click HERE.

WARRANTY
In the unlikely event of defects in materials or workmanship of your precious jewelry, The Solshine Jewelry Co. provides a 30 day warranty on every IN-STOCK or MADE- TO-ORDER piece. This does not cover sale items, final-sale, normal wear and tear, tarnishing, neglect, accidental damage, or abuse. No warranty, replacements or claims will be accepted past the 30 day  warranty period. Regardless of what happened to your jewelry - even if it was an accident - contact us so we can help you out. RETURNING ITEMS FROM AN OFFER
Any items purchased during an offer deal (such as a free item / free gift with purchase / buy two get one, etc.) can be returned for a store credit or exchange within the timeframes specified above. If a return is requested on an item in which a discount was used, the discount will be distributed equally across the entire order and the customer will receive a store credit for the applicable amount. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable as service has been rendered. No exceptions.

PLEASE NOTE: The item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and unused, and in its original signature pouch or anti-tarnish zip bag and box.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as earrings, sale and final-sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your earrings or sale items.

We cannot accept returns on  gift cards.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
Although no refunds will be provided, if elegible, you can receive a store credit in the form of a gift card. Everything is done through our returns portal..

EXCHANGES 
If you your order is eligible and you would like to exchange an item, you can do so through our exclusive returns portal.


ORDER CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event you change your mind about your order, contact us by email, hello@thesolshinejewelryco.com, within 2 hours of making the purchase. Cancellation requests received after two hours will be rejected.
