Shipping policy

All orders over $50 shipping to an address in the United States and/or Puerto Rico ship for free. Orders below the free shipping threshold will ship for $5.. All international orders over $100 ship for free. If an international order is $99 or less, please use the checkout page to see what the shipping options are.

We want your to start rocking your pieces ASAP! Please allow up to 48 hours on business days in order to process your order once your payment has been posted. 

Orders placed during weekends will be begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays). 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 ours for the tracking to be updated.

Package Protection

If you live in the US or Puerto Rico, Package Protection is available as a bundle with our Free Returns service for only $1.98. If your package was lost or damaged during transit and you purchased package protection, click HERE to start a claim. If you did not purchase package protection, The Solshine Jewelry Co. LLC will in no way be responsible for lost and/or stolen packages or items that were damaged during transit. In such cases, please file a claim with USPS or the shipping courier selected during checkout.

If your package was returned to us, and no protection was purchased, kindly contact us at: hello@thesolshinejewelryco.com so we can investigate and advise if a shipping fee must be paid to have the package resent to the same address. 

We process and ship all orders from our studio based in Corpus Christi, Texas.
